Man...I still got so much crap to do before the baby comes. So I started a task list and it's pretty daunting.
Today, I went and got a maternity belt. It's ridiculously sexy...haha. However, dispite its hideousness, it works amazingly.
Anyways, the point of tonight's blog is about my dear husband and father-to-be. This morning on the way to breakfast, he tells me that he's having baby nightmares. The kind that he finds himself confused about what to do, suddenly misplacing the baby, and stuff of that sort. So I said it's cause he's not mentally ready for the challenges of being a dad. Then he asks me what he should do about it. And I said, "Dude, that's your problem. I got enough of my own." Haha.
And funny thing is... Immediately after that conversation, he asks me to go get his Halo 2. And in the middle of the afternoon, he informs me that he's going golfing tonight. So let me ask... What kind of a NEW dad has the time for 3 XBox leagues, a poker night a week, and a golf night too? Does he still plan to go to work?
Anyways...I don't mind the man go do his own thing cause I got my own shit to do. But for goodness, I'm not his freaking secretary. I can't keep track of all these activities for him. For example...tonight, he goes to golf at 6:30pm. Plans to be back at 9pm to play 2 league games. And don't tell me he ain't gonna open his Halo 2 and get started on that too.
So...NEW RULE...if Lyn can't manage his own schedule and overcommits, he must reprioritize and make necessary adjustments. Meaning...quit his freaking leauges!!!! Right? Personally, I'd rather him have real people contact then sitting behind a television with a freaking headphone!!!
he needs a pda with an alarm, muhaaha
he he can always just get the automatic loss. no biggie. but he will never get better and i will still spank him. j/k. or am i?
looking for revenge in football as he knocked me out of the playoffs.
