Yes, it's football season...so that means I get ignored a lot. I know he doesn't mean to, but guess I'm just not as exciting as football. We stayed home all Sunday for him to watch all the games. And I know...tonight is Monday night football and Favre is on. Goodness.
So Lyn's been saying that he doesn't plan to let his son watch TV for more than 2 hours a week (according to some article he read). But he thinks it's okay to watch football outside of the 2 hours. But personally, I don't think it's okay for my son to be exposed to those cheesy commercials they play during football games.
Anyways...
You know this football thing has gotten too far when Lyn wants to buy a stat tracker.
You know this football thing has gotten too far when Lyn speaks coherently 4am in the morning about his NFL2K5 league game. (It's amazing cause he forgets everthing I tell him during breakfast.) (NOTE: This was on a week night when I got up to get some water and accidentally woke him up.)
You know this football thing has gotten too far when Lyn is on his park n' ride and calls me up to check on some trades for Fantasy Football.
You know this football thing has gotten too far when even I CARE about his FF and XBox league...cause when he looses, he's in a bad bad mood and mumbles crazy stuff all night.
Luv ya honey, but you crack me up!
On another note...
One of Lyn co-workers has started to take the bus with him. They even coordinated to ride the same bus and everything. It's so gay!
